Sunday Morning
Take a drive on Pali Highway and turn into Niolopa, where you will see our landmark building, the Cooke Mansion, turn into the second driveway and proceed to our porte cochere. There, one of our friendly parking coordinators will guide you to the right space for your departure time.
There are many activities each Sunday and we'd like to be sure you stay for all the programs that interest you and your family or friends. Check the Church Calendarto see if any of the meetings before or after church are of interest to you.
Visitors are very welcome, we ask that you stop to sign in and to take some visitor beads to wear. This helps us to find and greet you. At the beginning of the service the worship leader will ask if there are visitors and a mic will be brought to any who wish to say hello and tell us from whence they hail. The congregation is pleased to have many visitors each Sunday. Come feel our welcome.
Children 3 and under gather upstairs in Room #5 until after the service. Our youngest participants, from birth up to five years old, have a safe, pleasant environment while parents participate in the Sunday morning program. Parents are welcome to join their children for this program.
9:15 & 11am Church Service begins in the Sanctuary. Families sit together during the first part of the service during the 11am service, and then children and youth proceed to their own programs. Please come together and stay together for this part of the morning program. Parents are welcome to join their children upstairs for the religious explorations programs.
11:15am Children’s Opening Circle for children in First through Sixth Grade gather in Room #1 for the Opening Circle each Sunday morning when we come upstairs. Adults are welcome to join their children upstairs.
12:00pm Children’s Closing Circle brings the children together again in Room #1 , to celebrate our morning, and share what we have been learning/doing. Parents and other adults are strongly encouraged to join us for the Closing Circle.
10 am & 12:00pm Coffee and Refreshments are served in the Gallery on the Pali after the Church Services.
12:15pm Second and Fourth Sunday Lunch is served buffet-style and we gather in the Sanctuary at tables to commune.
Late afternoon and evenings there are frequently meetings of Junior High School and High School programs.
